Heuristic overview

The home screen carries the burden of a large jpeg graphic (below) which slows download to 18.94 seconds and compromises screen integrity. Text did not resize to fit the screen which means that for most visitors about 15% of the text is off to the right of the screen. Running Netscape 3.0 on our test computer some text could not be accessed at all. Internally this improved even in the projects screen where a smaller image was combined with a series of logos (36.24K).

The site shows a clear common look and feel throughout and staff access is excellent.
