Everyone who is a member of the club is eligible
to compete in the club championships. All weapons will be contested.
The competition will be held on Saturday August 2, 2001. |

| Sommerville Shield |

This is an annual competition held between Swinburne
and RMIT. This year it is being hosted by RMIT. The event comprises
of a men's foil team from each university competing in an Italian relay
format. |

| Ruth Barnes Women's
Foil |
|
The Ruth Barnes Women's Foil Tournament was officially
inaugurated in October 2000 as part of the club's fiftieth anniversary
celebrations in honour of the club's founder. Female foilists from
all over the country are encouraged to participate in this open tournament
for the Ruth Barnes Memorial Trophy. The competition will be held
