Exodus, 16:10

And spaketh Aaron to Moses, Why art thou carrying that umbrella?

And Moses drewup in all his glory and replied, For it is blue and frilly,

and it is pleasant to look at.

And the cows died of a contagious disease, and the women weeped.

16:14

But Aaron otherthoclarped*, and informed Moses that in thirty-four years of walking the desert, it had not once rained without prior warning from the Lord God Almighty, King Of The Universe.

To which Moses replied, and said:
