The Yang Style Tai Chi :

The club follows the practice of the long form Yang style Tai Chi. The Yang Style is the most popular of all style and is made up up of 108 movements. In our teaching we break the routine into 6 levels (terms).

  • Levels 1 & 2 - This are the basic routine and taught slowly to give students a good foundation
  • Levels 3 & 4 - This are the intermediate routine.
  • Levels 5 & 6 - This is the advanced routines.

Although Master Chin Min is well familiar with other style and weapons beginers always start with the Yang style Tai Chi. This is the best starting point~ to step into the world of Tai Chi.
